Privacy Policy
Humphries Ranch is a small operation and we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.
What we collect
- Order information — when you buy from us, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment details. We receive the order details and shipping address to fulfill your order.
- Contact form submissions — if you use our contact form, we receive your name, email, and message. These are forwarded to our inbox via Formsubmit.co.
- Website analytics — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many visitors come to the site and where they're from. This is aggregate, cookie-free, and does not identify you personally.
- Security logs — Cloudflare, which provides our site security, temporarily logs IP addresses and request metadata to detect and block attacks.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information to anyone.
- We don't use advertising trackers or build marketing profiles.
- We don't set cookies for analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless).
Who we share data with
- Stripe, Inc. — processes payments. See Stripe Privacy Policy.
- USPS — ships your orders. They receive your shipping address.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts this site and provides security. See Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- Formsubmit.co — relays contact form emails. See Formsubmit policies.
How long we keep data
Order records are kept indefinitely for tax and accounting purposes. Contact form emails are kept in our inbox for our reference. If you'd like your contact form submission deleted, email honey@humphriesranch.com and we'll remove it.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we have about you, or ask us to delete it (within our legal obligations to retain sales records). Email honey@humphriesranch.com.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
