Terms of Service
Welcome to Humphries Ranch. By visiting this website and/or purchasing products, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Who we are
Humphries Ranch is a small family apiary operating in the Texas Hill Country, United States. We sell raw honey direct to consumers through this website. For questions: honey@humphriesranch.com.
Orders & pricing
Prices on this site are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or if an item is no longer available. If we cancel an order, you'll receive a full refund.
Payment processing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy for details on how they handle payment data.
Product claims & disclaimers
Our honey is a pure, raw agricultural food product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Claims about raw honey health benefits that you may read elsewhere are not endorsed by us. Consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical advice.
Raw honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age. Honey is a natural product and may crystallize over time — this is normal and does not indicate spoilage.
Shipping & refunds
See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these terms.
