Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. If you're nearby in the Texas Hill Country, local pickup is available — mention it in your order notes or contact us to arrange.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the ranch. During holidays and harvest season, expect up to 7 business days. We'll email tracking as soon as your package is on its way.
Carriers & delivery
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Typical transit time after shipping is 2–5 business days, depending on destination. Once we hand the package to USPS, delivery timing is outside our control.
Packaging
Honey jars are glass and packed carefully in sturdy boxes with recycled cushioning. We rarely see breakage, but see our Refund Policy if something arrives damaged.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders over a threshold may qualify for free shipping — promotions will be noted on the shop page.
Lost packages
If tracking shows "delivered" but you don't see the package, please check with neighbors and at the front office (for apartments) before contacting us. For packages confirmed lost by USPS, we'll work with you on a replacement.
