Refund Policy
Because honey is a perishable food product, all sales are final as a general rule. We want you to love what you get, though — read on for how we handle specific situations.
Damaged in shipping
If your order arrives with broken glass or leaked honey, please email honey@humphriesranch.com within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package and contents
We'll send a replacement at no charge, or issue a refund for the affected items, whichever you prefer.
Wrong item received
If we shipped the wrong item (it happens — we're a small operation), email us within 14 days and we'll make it right with the correct item plus keep the incorrect one on us.
Lost in transit
For packages confirmed lost by USPS tracking, we'll replace or refund once the USPS case is opened. See our Shipping Policy for more on lost packages.
Allergies & dietary concerns
Our honey is a pure, raw agricultural product. If you have concerns about pollen sensitivity or allergies, please consult your doctor before consuming. We do not accept returns for allergic reactions but will work with you on specific situations — reach out.
Change of mind
Because honey is a food product shipped from a small home-based operation, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind." Please order what you know you'll enjoy — feel free to ask us about flavors before buying.
